Shipping Information

When you partner with Royal River Trading, shipping is simple and cost effective. We offer you our discounted shipping rates so you get your products without high fees. The discounted rate will be calculated at the time of your shipment.

Our Quick Ship Program guarantees that our most popular items ship within 7 days of your order, so you never wait long for the things you need most. All other product shipments can be tracked through your online account.

We use UPS, USPS, and truck/common carriers for domestic shipments. Please advise if you prefer a specific carrier — we'll be happy to accommodate. All orders should have an authorization signature, requested ship date, and cancel date. All orders are shipped in the order they are received.

All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Freight charges will be added to the invoice or billed to your preferred carrier account. A $5 dropship fee will be added for each delivery made to addresses other than that of the business address. Export customers will be responsible for shipments taxes, duties, and brokerage fees if applicable.

Backorders will be kept open and shipped when the merchandise is ready unless cancelled by the customer.
